    This role also requires strong collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. The analyst will partner with teams to understand their challenges and implement optimal technology solutions that address those needs. Flexibility is key as this role may occasionally require working outside standard hours to support global stakeholders and projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the configuration efforts to deliver projects, changes/enhancement requests and resolution of issues in Workday Recruiting, as well as integrated technologies across the Talent Acquisition process.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand their needs, gather complex business requirements and translate them into best practice Workday/technology solutions.
    • Support business users in validation of Workday processes, data conversion and integrations.
    • Analyze current processes, future needs and assess gaps between as-is and to-be processes.  Provide best practice recommendations/solutions in Workday to bridge the gap, including data and security changes that are needed to enable those.
    • Support biannual Workday Releases, partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate new features and create adoption plans to implement them.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of ways in which business is conducted to recommend improvement opportunities for configuration and use of Workday, as well as other Talent Acquisition technologies, in addition to opportunities for automation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users.
