What Is InnovAPACC?
InnovAPACC is APACC's leadership and collaboration platform for Employee Resource Group (ERG), Business Resource Group (BRG), Affinity Resource Group (ARG), and Business Impact leaders.
It brings together professionals across industries to exchange practical strategies, strengthen their influence, and build cross-company relationships that move careers and organizations forward.

Who Can Participate
InnovAPACC is available to ERG, BRG, ARG, and Business Impact representatives from APACC Gold and Elite member companies.
Individual Professional Development Access is also available for professionals whose organizations do not have a formal ERG structure or qualifying APACC membership.
