What is InnovAPACC?

InnovAPACC is APACC's leadership and collaboration platform for Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders from Elite and Gold member companies. It brings together professionals across industries to exchange strategies, strengthen their influence, and build the kind of cross-company relationships that move careers and organizations forward.

At its core, InnovAPACC is about connecting the work ERG leaders do inside their companies to outcomes their organizations actually care about. Leaders come together to share what's working, tackle shared challenges, and define what impact looks like in practice.

Why It Matters

ERG leaders are often doing significant work with limited visibility into how that work lands at the business level. InnovAPACC creates the space to:

• ERG Leadership Roundtables

Invite-only roundtable sessions bringing together ERG and BRG leaders for facilitated discussion on engagement strategy, business alignment, and leadership impact. Held twice annually for Elite and Gold member companies.

• Leadership Visibility Cohort

A structured, multi-month program for professionals looking to strengthen their executive presence and leadership positioning within their organizations. The inaugural cohort graduated nine professionals from nine companies at the APACC Annual Gala in May 2025, facilitated by Nannapat Sage, recognized among the Top Coaches in America.

• Authentic Professionals Across Borders

A professional photo campaign celebrating professionals across backgrounds and roles. Launching Q3 2025, this initiative is about representation and visibility, and we are actively looking for participants. [Contact us if you're interested.]
