The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and DTE Energy are partnering for a virtual discussion from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on June 23, 2022, centering on landlord programs and energy assistance. MSHDA representatives will share information on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, how to become an MSHDA HCV landlord, the benefits of participating in MSHDA’s HCV program, and landlord incentive programs. DTE leaders will provide information about several energy assistance and payment programs, such as the Low-Income Self-Sufficiency Program (LSP), the Home Heating Credit (HHC), and the State Emergency Relief (SER) application and energy efficiency initiatives.
MSHDA and DTE representatives will be available until 6:30 p.m. for a live question-and-answer session after the end of the presentations. All Michiganders are welcome to attend the virtual event regardless of where they rent.
