How to Fund Your Technology Business

The SBA Michigan District Office in collaboration with the BBCetc and ID Ventures presents “How to Fund Your Technology Business”, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, EDT.  Explore the types of funding available during the various stages of development of a new technology such as Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) grants, small business loans and venture capital.

This session will be moderated by Latifa Bradwell, Lender Relations Specialist at the U.S. SBA Michigan District Office.  Joining Latifa, we are pleased to have as our guest speakers, Jerry Hollister, Executive Consultant and Co-Owner of the BBCetc, a technology consulting firm in Michigan that supports the SBA’s SBIR/STTR funding programs and Martin Dober, Managing Director of ID Ventures, a venture fund and division of Invest Detroit.
