The Office of Global Michigan is pleased to share a funding opportunity for Refugee Legal Services (RLS) for FY27. The RLS program provides immigration legal services to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) eligible populations. Please see below for key information:
- The Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available through the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO)’s EGrAMS System. You can find it on the “See Current Grants” tab of the homepage: EGrAMS : Home
- A pdf view is attached for reference, but the application must be submitted in EGrAMS.
- An informational webinar will be held August 6th, at 10:00am, which will include how to register in EGrAMS and submit the RFP. The link to join can be found in the RFP document.
- Additional questions can be submitted to LEO-RefugeeServices@michigan.gov by August 9th, 2026.
- Proposals are due by: August 18th, 2026 at 3:00pm
