Linglong He, Chief Leadership Advisor, Board Director, Senior Executive at Rocket
Linglong He is a senior executive and board director with nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of leadership and technology. She currently serves as Chief Leadership Advisor at Rocket, where she guides executive succession planning and leadership development, advising C-level executives and senior leaders on culture, 360 leadership, organizational strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation.
From 2010 to2020, Linglong was Chief Information Officer at Rocket Mortgage (formerly Quicken Loans), where her leadership helped the company earn Compterworld's #1 Best Place to Work in IT recognition for six consecutive years. In 2020, she co-founded Rocket Central and served the President & Chief Operating Officer, later transitioning into her current role as Chief Leadership Advisor. From 2024 to 2025, she also served as Interim Chief Data Officer, advancing Rocket's enterprise-wide data strategy.
Beyond her executive career, Linglong serves on the boards of Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC), the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce (APACC), the International Leadership Foundation Michigan Chapter (ILF), and the University of St. Thomas Graduate Program in Software Engineering. She also co-founded the Experience IT program to advance technology careers in Michigan, which earned the Michigan Works! Impact Award in 2017.
Her accomplishments have been widely recognized. She has received numerous honors, including the 2013 Crain's Detroit Business CIO Award, and was featured as an Executive Leader and cover story in Compterworld Magazine (2014). In 2016, she was named to Crain's 50 Names to Know in IT and has twice been recognized among Crain's 100 Most Influential Women (2016 and 2021). She was also honored as the dBusiness Champion of the New Economy (2018) and Benzinga CIO of the Year (2018). In 2022, she was inducted into the Michigan Businesswomen Hall of Fame, and in 2023 she received the ILF National Business Leadership Award.
Linglong holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, a Master's in Civil Engineering from Wuhan University, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Hohai University.
