IT Support Specialist - Environmental Services

Apply NowNature of Work The purpose of this job is to provide technical, desktop support to the Environmental Services Department (ESD) users regarding the City's IT and Water/Wastewater SCADA environments. The IT Support Specialist (ITSS) is responsible for coordinating and liaising with City IT to ensure that user workstations are fully functional and meet defined requirements, including all peripherals. The ITSS is also the application administrator and/or liaison for department-specific
