    As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people experience initiatives within our business units. You will be embedded in the business, developing a deep understanding of goals, challenges, and opportunities to deliver high-impact people strategies that accelerate performance and foster a high-performing, engaged and agile workforce. This role demands robust business acumen, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
     
    About the role

    • Be a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, aligning organization and talent strategies with business objectives while driving collaboration with other teams to deliver integrated solutions
    • Develop and execute people strategies that enhance performance, workforce planning and team member engagement
    • Partner in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance calibration
    • Utilize a thorough understanding of the business, including key financial drivers, market conditions, people data and strategic priorities, to help drive desired outcomes and support long-term growth
    • Lead and support change initiatives across the organization that align with the company's strategic direction
    • Champion a proactive approach to people management, including succession planning, performance management and developing programs that build capabilities, foster leadership and ensure a pipeline of top talent
    • Diagnose organizational needs and design plans to improve team dynamics, structure and processes that enable business units to operate at their highest potential
    • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, implement actions and demonstrate successes that support a thriving, inclusive and high-performing culture

    About you
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 7 years of experience in business strategy or human resources
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
    • Proven experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives, with advanced persuasion and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in using data and analytics to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive decisions and help measure success
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
    • A forward-thinking mindset that anticipates challenges, thinks strategically and drives innovative solutions that support business and people experience goals

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 10 years of experience in leadership or human resources project management
    • Master’s degree or human resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) 
    • Experience with technology or fintech companies
    • Proficiency with flowchart design tools to provide effective scenario planning visuals
