• Experience in CATIA V5/6 or 3DX
• Must be flexible and able to course correct paths according to priority alignment
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Education– BSME / MS or MBA a plus
• Experience - 10+years Exteriors development
• Experience in Complete Vehicle development and manufacture
• Experience in injection molding plastic process / joining techniques / paint / tooling
• Experience supervising or managing technical personnel preferred
• Experience in launching a complete vehicle
