POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Cybersecurity Manager is a senior specialist responsible for managing all Product Safety & Security (PS&S) engineering activities for any assigned program.

This position is working onsite at a Gentex facility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver transparent, aligned PS&S strategies, plans & progress for Gentex projects, which is accomplished by:
• Identifying, planning, and scheduling all PS&S tasks for existing and new programs.
• Aligning and documenting the strategy on how planned PS&S activities will be executed.
• Defining and tracking valuable PS& KPIs for any program.
• Perform proactive communication, interpretation, documentation & delegation, which is accomplished by:
• Identifying and managing all relevant stakeholders for the planned PS&S activities.
• Delegating the planned activities to other team members with the necessary enable- and empowerment.
