Global Commodity Leader. Troy, MI. Lead supply and sourcing for key mechanical product lines and portfolios. Implement commodity strategies for competitive advantage and product line value. Lead global category strategy development and implementation. Build and maintain major cross-product line supplier relationships. Lead category-specific strategic supplier events and negotiations of corporate-wide supplier contracts. Create, lead and monitor supplier development and risk mitigation plans. Qualify, categorize, and approve suppliers. Requires Master's in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and specific coursework in supply chain management concepts, strategic sourcing, supply chain logistics, supply management, and operations strategy.
