Description- Lead collaboration sessions with cross functional teams including manufacturing, finance, and IT to gather and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of objectives
- Participate in sessions to document requirements for IT to develop, then execute test plans to ensure requirements meet the business needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts.
- Lead change management related activities that enable successful adoption of the upgraded software - including communication, training, and general project management
- Research, benchmark and identify best practices and participate in continuous education to guide the business in the identification of ‘differentiator’ or ‘competitive advantage’ processes.
- Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Change management and/or project management experience
- Software applications implementation experience
- Experience developing business process models
- Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical to success.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Broad knowledge of HRIS systems including scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or similar domain product/systems
- UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) experience or Kronos Workforce Central
- Full lifecycle software upgrade experience including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
- Software training and training documentation
- Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadership using MS Excel and leveraging Power BI or Tableau
