This position is responsible for:
- The monthly monitoring of the Account Reconciliation program for North America
- Publishing monthly status executive dashboards
- Providing support to Account Reconciliation prepares and approvers
- Lead account reconciliation training programs
- Monitoring of shared services support personnel over internal control tasks
- Driving continuous improvement and process redesign initiatives
- Coordinating SOX compliance, including documentation, process flows and testing as required
- Completing special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with internal control framework
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Two years public accounting experience (Big 4 or larger regional accounting firm preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified or higher
- CPA designation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
