Gunjan Singh is Vice President, Intelligent Cockpit Platforms and Product Delivery, Intelligent Cockpit Business Unit at Harman International and is located in Novi, MI, USA. She is responsible for developing, integrating and delivering latest automotive infotainment, ADAS, cluster, security, connectivity and cloud technologies in compute platforms and delivering to the customer worldwide. Prior to this assignment, she was Vice President, Customer Program Management for General Motors account. In this role, she has launched Harman’s Android based infotainment products to GM’s 2020 Model Year vehicles. Gunjan has held several engineering leadership roles in R&D working in connectivity and multimedia domains managing global teams. Gunjan has Masters of Technology degree from IIT Roorkee, India in Control Systems. After graduation, she worked in India as design engineer for one of the leading Industrial automation company and moved to US in January 2000 with her family. She has 2 daughters, 25 and 19 years old, and a husband who is very supportive of her career and personal choices. She enjoys travel, books, socializing with friends, volunteering, coaching, mentoring and listening to music. She was Harman Women’s Network Novi chapter lead for past several years and is passionate about mentoring and growing females to leadership roles through this network. She also mentors, coaches, and judges STEM related topics for middle and high school student. She is recipient of 2021 STEM Award Winner for Women Worth Watching in STEM and profiled in Diversity Journal and was featured in Equal Opportunity Publications Minority Engineer Magazine in Spring 2020.
