WHIAAPI’s The Future of Business Virtual Events Series: The Export-Import Bank of the United States
The White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) invites you to participate in The Future of Business Virtual Series with The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), which is the official export credit agency of the United States as an independent, self-sustaining Executive Branch agency with a mission of supporting American jobs by facilitating the export of U.S. goods and services. The virtual event is on Thursday, October 8, 2020 and it will start promptly at 2:00pm EDT with special welcoming remarks from the Chairman of the EXIM Bank, Kimberly Reed. Following Chairman Reed’s remarks will be a presentation and Q&A session with Michael K. Jackson, the Business Development Specialist in the Minority & Women Owned Business Outreach Group in the Office of Small Business of EXIM. Mr. Jackson will share tools for exporters as well as the special initiatives and assistance for AAPI-owned businesses.
