Midwest Buyers Mission - MI Supplier Showcase
Are you a Michigan food or beverage business interested in meeting with international buyers?
Pure Michigan Business Connect (PMBC) and the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD) invite you to submit your interest in participating on July 25 in the Midwest Buyers Mission in Grand Rapids. The event, hosted by the Food Export Association of the Midwest, will enable Michigan companies to meet with international buyers interested in purchasing Michigan food and beverage products. Selected businesses will have their registration cost covered by PMBC; businesses will need to pay the $400 registration fee upfront and will then be reimbursed.
Selected businesses will be invited to join the PMBC and MDARD teams at the event, to meet with buyers interested in purchasing Michigan food and beverage products.
Eligibility- Businesses must be based in Michigan
- Products must contain 51% agricultural content (not including packaging and water)
- First-time participation in the Midwest Buyers Mission
Timeline
5/17 - 6/2: Food & Beverage Supplier Application Open
6/3 - 6/7: Supplier Application review
6/8: Businesses notified
6/10: Official event registration due - MDARD will work with businesses to get registered
7/25: Midwest Buyers Mission event
