Crohn's and Colitis Patient Education Fair

Join experts from the Henry Ford Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center for a patient education fair that will provide information regarding diet, lifestyle, travel, and expectations for individuals with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation will also be present, and will be able to offer support group information.
