RE:Launching is an all day, free FB Live event of AAPI small businesses with presentations, fireside chats, and live performances.
About this Event
Due to Covid-19, unemployment in the USA is expected to hit 30%.
Small businesses (responsible for up to 64% of new jobs since the 1990s) will be essential to job creation. Asian-American and Pacific Islander small businesses, representing 27% of small business revenue in the USA, will play a key role in rebuilding the economy.
But these same AAPI small businesses, already hard-hit by the pandemic and economic downturn, continue to face a wave of violence and racism as they are unfairly blamed for the pandemic.
ACE NextGen is hosting an all-day membership drive to support and promote Asian SMBs looking to relaunch in 2020. AAPI community thought leaders, politicians, entertainers and small business leaders will share how they are handling this crisis and how they have previously overcome tough times.
ACE NextGen is the millennial National Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, a non-profit dedicated to supporting AAPI through trainings, webinars, peer to peer CEO groups, conferences, retreats and advocacy on behalf of AAPI small business.
