The Wayne County Back to Work Grant program will close applications on July 10th at 5 PM.
In order to apply, businesses MUST
submit all of the following:
Let us help you with your application!
- Profit & Loss or Tax Statements for 2017, 2018, and 2019 (or for the years they have been open if less than 3).
- Proof of location, such as a lease or deed.
- Completed and signed W-9 Form
- Voided Check or Direct Deposit Form with Business Name and Address
- Signed and dated Grant Agreement
The Wayne County team will be conducting a series of webinars to support applicants through this process. We highly encourage applicants to attend or watch a webinar before applying
for clarification of all questions and requirements.
