    APACC and DCBA to Host Chinese Delegation at US China Auto Expo & Forum

    Detroit, Michigan – APACC is proud to be a supporting partner of the upcoming international trade show “US China Auto Expo & Forum 2017.” The event will be hosted by our strategic partner Detroit Chinese Business Association (DCBA) in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology (MIIT) as they host nearly 40 companies from China from November 7-9 in Dearborn at the Edward Hotel and Convention Center.

    This conference will begin with an opening reception to welcome the delegation on November 7, followed by the tradeshow and international conference in partnership with APACC on November 8. Keynote speakers for the tradeshow include David J. Andrea, Executive Vice President of Research, Center for Automotive Research (CAR) and Jeanne D. Broad, International Trade Manager - Southeast Michigan, Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). On November 9, the delegation will complete their visit with tours of local companies and a farewell reception. Business opportunities include: mergers & acquisitions, automotive and technology related joint ventures, joint research & development, and product sourcing.

    The delegation will be comprised of top Chinese OEM Tier 1 suppliers with a minimum of $50M in annual sales with a long-term corporate growth plan including North America and with the following industry focus: Casting, Forging, Auto Electronics, Plastic Molding, Jack, Suspension, Breaking, Tooling, Electric Charging Station, Interiors among more.
