    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 2 years of experience in management, leadership and administration
    • 3 years of experience in a technology role
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • Extensive experience with the Product Owner role

    Job Summary
    The Team Leader of Technology leads Product Owners responsible for a variety of products across the organization. They drive consistency and career growth for the Product Owner role. They also work closely with a variety of roles across the organization.

    Responsibilities
    • Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
    • Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
    • Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
    • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with teams of focus
    • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
    • Recommend information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
    • Accomplish results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring and appraising job results
    • Maintain the team by recruiting, selecting, training and overseeing team members
