    As a member of the Operations team, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the implementation of plant operating procedures for manufacturing and facilities equipment as well as the set-up and implementation of preventive/predictive maintenance schedules for existing and new equipment when required.  The Maintenance Supervisor will be challenged to maintain multiple machinery, facilities, and equipment in a JIT / complex assembly plant environment.  In this role, you support department and plant goals as established, participate in continuous improvement activities and the high performing work team model.

    The Role:

    Your work will include, but not be limited to:

    • Train new team members and coaches on preventive/predictive maintenance procedures and methods.
    • Order and maintain adequate inventory of the following materials:
    • Tools required to support production
    • Consumable materials required to support production
    • Consumable materials required to support predictive maintenance
    • Materials required to support corrective maintenance
    • Materials in supporting of engineering projects
    • Ensure safety lockout procedures are used when required.
    • Coordinate and implement design, engineering or production changes in operating procedures, equipment or materials as required by the engineering, operations, production, or plant managers.
    • Ensure the requirements of the “Equipment/Facility deficiency reporting procedure” are carried out.
    • Ensure that all safety requirements and inspections follow local, state, and federal requirements.
