    Job Description
    The District Manager is an entry-level, revenue-generating sales role working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and RAM dealerships. This role will be responsible for a specific region within one of FCA Business Centers. The District Manager is responsible for maximizing retail sales, vehicle production, performance, revenue and achieving established targets in his/her district, which is composed of up to 40 dealerships within the region.

    The District Manager will serve as a liaison between the dealers’ and FCA corporate headquarters to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring dealer orders meet market demand, managing monthly vehicle allocation, and scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the district. Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Review and analyze dealer financial statements and consult with dealers to improve their operations and retail business.

    The District Manager will assist dealers to ensure compliance with FCA dealers standards, as well as ensure that advertising is consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines. Ensure that proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships while identifying areas for improvement. Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, and financial statement reviews. Train dealership personnel on new products. The candidate should be willing to relocate for promotional opportunities.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 6+ months of sales or marketing experience
    • Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an automotive environment
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
    • Excel in building positive working relationships
    • An entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
    • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
