SNetworld Management (As Client for our Subs)- Manage contactor compliance to ISN Scorecard safety requirements
- Help Facilitate grade variance submission to GM Safety
- Assist with Written Safety programs
- Expedite insurance Review and Verification Service when needed (RAVS)
- Engage with CFM Purchasing for insurance variances and Subscription follow-up
- Coordinate Annual Subscription Renewals
- Obtain, organize, and submit key Documents:
- Insurance renewals
- Annual Experience Modification Rate
- Client specific revisions or renewals (e.g. SMI-163 form)
- Supporting Documents
- Upload safety program RAVS and revalidation
- Supporting documents (compliance & submission)
- Submit Evidence of Training documents
- Complete Self-reporting (Questionnaire)
- Submit OSHA forms annually
- Submit metrics quarterly
- Post notifications to Bulletin Board
- Modify and review Contractor evaluations from the sites.
Serve as Project Leader for planned World App Implementation and future Audit related improvement tools*- Work with Software company representatives to refine specifications
- Develop and Track Implementation Plan
- Ensure smooth transition of existing audits
- Ensure adequate training is available and delivered
- Work with users and Software company to troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Lead progress updates and report outs to Quality Team and Executive Staff as necessary
- Curate and develop proposal for other applications for World App
Administer current SA Audit/GM Cleanliness Audit system reporting and correction tracking (specifics will alter with World APP
Interact F2F and by phone with users of current SA Audit system to resolve both technical and training issues.- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry
- Produce and deliver both written and verbal reports including Quality and Safety reports
- Record and track training and licensing to ensure compliance with OSHA and customer requirements
Maintain/produce EHS and OSHA records and reports- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local standards; ISO 9001 requirements; and customer and company rules and policies
- Manage and order office supplies
- Manage and direct visitors to the proper room or person
- Timely communications
- Timely follow-up
Education and/or Experience- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and be able to learn and use other company software.
