    Systems Liaison

    Network180 employees make a difference in people’s lives every day, making our community a better place to live. We are the community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.

     

    We are seeking a Systems Liaison to provide and facilitate urgent and emergent access to services and placement for all population groups; resolve conflict regarding eligibility and services; participate in the planning and implementation of service changes. This is full-time regularly scheduled position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. This position requires the employee to be available for on-call (via phone) service support.

     

    Network180 has made the safety of our employees a priority. We provide Personal Protection Equipment to our employees and thorough safety and cleaning protocols are in place. Staff providing services in person are required to wear appropriate PPE Job interviews are being conducted via the internet.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    **Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology with two years of clinical experience

    **Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist. 

    **Ability to interact positively with consumers and stakeholders from widely diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and differing abilities.

    **Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional periodicals and journals, technical procedures and government regulations.

    **Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

    **Ability to communicate with a variety of organizations, people and media in a clear, concise and positive manner.

    **Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use

    **Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

    **Experience in conflict resolution.

    **Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    **Licensed Master Social Worker preferred.

    **Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals, preferred

    **Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued

    **Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities preferred
