    Integrated Case Management (ICM) Clinical Manager

    We are seeking an Integrated Case Management (ICM) Clinical Manager who will be responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of clinical services provided in the Integrated Behavioral Health Center/Integrated Case Management team. Directly supervises Outpatient Therapists, Case Managers, Peer Support Specialist/Recovery Coach and other assigned professional clinical personnel, overseeing the delivery of services and monitoring of outcomes for Integrated Case Management services.  In charge of Integrated Case Management functions in the absence of the Outpatient Clinical Director.
     
    This is a full-time position, regularly scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. There may be periodic phone calls or issues that arise after hours or on the weekends.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Full Licensure in the State of Michigan as LMSW
    • Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
    • Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
    • Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs
     
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
    • Five years’ progressive experience in human services and three years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
    • MCBAP certification as a CAADC preferred
    • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
