    We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Clinical Officer, the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Contract Administration, and Network180 Board by performing executive level administrative tasks and projects; support the Board in fulfilling the mission of the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies representing the Executive Director.
     
    A flexible hybrid working arrangement is available for this position. The employee may perform work from a home office or work site during regular business hours

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    **Associates degree in related field or six years of equivalent related experience; and an additional three years of experience in providing administrative support to an individual or team of individuals
    **Demonstrated ability to type 50 words per minute, accurately and consistently
    **Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation; demonstrated experience using public speaking skills
    **Demonstrated experience interacting positively and professionally with customers, coworkers, administrators, supervisors, and the public.
    **Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    **Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use
     
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    **Visio and desktop publishing software experience preferred
    **Experience supporting a Board and/or Executive level staff preferred
    **Supervision experience preferred
    **Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
    **Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network 180 services within diverse communities preferred.
