The Buyer for Adhesives will support buying in North America and Globally. The core responsibilities of this position are the development, ownership, and execution of full lifecycle commodity strategies. This position will serve on the global team for commodity coordinating global sourcing, synergy acceleration, benchmarking, and commodity strategy execution. Buyer activities include, but are not limited to, coordinating, and managing open issues, leading and executing business plan, and serving as escalation point to drive issue closure. Frequent professional communication with senior leadership is expected.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Business, Finance, Economics, or closely related field from an ABET accredited university
- Minimum of 1 year of purchasing or closely related relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and are highly customer focused
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong fluency with G Suite / MS Office Suite (strong spreadsheet skills)
