• Warranty Analyst

    As a member of the Warranty team, the Warranty Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and tracking of warranty data, part returns and cost for GM Seats. The role will include customer interface on warranty for all assigned programs.

    The Role:

    • Your work will include, but not be limited to:
      • Reading and coding of warranty claims
      • Tracking of corrective actions to reduce warranty
      • Attending part reviews, part analysis/testing, follow up with Quality/Engineering/Supplier
      • Responding in customer portal the findings on returned parts.
      • Reviewing customer bills for errors/disputes
      • Maintaining customer PARTLINK portal for applicable recovery groups
      • Reporting internally and to customer on warranty trend, corrective actions, part return findings.
      • Escalate issues to Warranty Manager/Quality Manager/Safety when appropriate

    Your Qualifications:
    • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
    • Strong Data analysis skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and Power Point.
    • Detail Oriented
    • Strong Problem solving and analytical skills using 8D methodology
    • Product Knowledge (Seats)

    Bonus If You Have:
    • Familiar with Ubiquiti Software
    • Understanding of Seat Assembly, Frame Manufacturing, Sewing Processes
    • Competent in quality tools and process/production control methods such as Control plans, FMEA, SPC
