    Selected candidate will act as a liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and resolve commercial and business-related issues. Interested candidate must thrive in a team-based, high-speed, dynamic environment, being able to lead and align direction and effort of stakeholder counterparts on critical and complex issues.

    Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to address and resolve issues, execute strategy and tasks, and maintain understanding and awareness of customer and market trends
    • May lead or assist in improvement and alignment activities with various stakeholders regarding account and delivery performance
    • Coordinate pre-production activities including processing orders, quoting pricing, developing new product schedules, coordinating tooling, ensuring part readiness, etc.
    • Coach and mentor developmental personnel (i.e. co-op students, etc.) in all facets of associated product/program management
    • Implement customer/product-based strategies, as directed by management
    • May assist in or lead internal/external negotiations regarding pricing, costs and timing
    • Negotiate directly with the customers on cost-related issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (including, but not limited to fields of study such as management, supply chain, marketing etc.)
    • 5-8 years of related experience
    • Able to work effectively both in a team environment and individually
    • MS Office proficiency
