It’s that time of year... The time when we recognize those who are a step (or two) above the rest. Those who go the extra mile, stand out from the crowd and just dazzle us with their leadership, style, creativity, truth and all that makes them the Best In Black. We admire the fact that they are doing numbers, getting ‘em in and simply can’t be stopped.
Yasssssssss, it’s Best in Black Detroit (BIB). The Michigan Chronicle presents its third year of celebrating and lauding the best... The Best in Black.
BIB recognizes the most outstanding local African-American businesses, community organizations, entrepreneurs, entertainers and individuals in southeastern Michigan. Not only are they awarded and applauded but, BIB also is a mechanism for encouraging the community’s next generation of business leaders.
Best in Black gives the community a true voice in identifying and elevating the businesses they support with their hearts, presence and of course, their patronage. BIB is a platform whereby the Michigan Chronicle can promote and celebrate the businesses that ultimately support us.
