Join Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn in a discussion about how you can prevent and reverse heart disease. Heart disease is virtually non-existent in cultures that thrive on plant-based nutrition. In the United States, heart disease remains the number one killer of women and men.
Current treatment methods for heart disease consist of drugs and procedures which do not treat the cause of this illness. These methods are non-curative, involve additional health risks, and are unsustainably expensive. They are also unable to put an end to this epidemic. Compared to standard treatment, research shows that adopting a whole food plant-based diet may stop heart disease progression as well as reverse it.
Free and open to the public. Space is limited, registration is required.
