Knowing how to use knives skillfully is critical for cooks, yet many people have never mastered the proper technique. Good knives also form the foundation of a well-equipped kitchen, yet even some accomplished home cooks don’t know how to select and care for them. In this class you will learn multi-level knife skills, how to refine your fish and poultry cutting skills, and how to cut vegetables and herbs like a professional.
Feel free to bring three of your own knives to be sharpened.
