DESCRIPTION:This session focuses on the realities of leading and living in this time of disruptive change and the implications for humans. Participants will be introduced to a human-centered change approach and how they can create the conditions for human flourishing in the midst of disruption. Participants will engage in participative learning through conversation and collective large group sharing.
