Dr. Riley will walk through the essential steps of a respectful and effective workplace investigation. \n\n\n\n\n\nEpisode 2 of 3: Witnessing Workplace Mistreatment\n\n\n\nIn the second session\, Dr. Kaminski will discuss what you can do if you are a witness to someone else being mistreated in the workplace and what you should do. She will talk through issues and concerns people have when they witness something and aren't sure whether or not to respond and how to respond.\n\n\n\n*Episode 1 recording available \n\nEpisode 1 of 3 : Incivility and Microaggressions\n\nIn the first session of the series\, Dr. Michelle Kaminski introduced how incivility and microaggressions are recognized as forms of mistreatment that are less severe than bullying or physical violence. They are also more common\, and when people experience them on a regular basis\, they have a cumulative harmful impact.
